Riverside on-ramp reopened

The Riverside Avenue ramp to the Maple Street Bridge has reopened after a temporary closure due to icy conditions, authorities said.
Police have received several reports of slick bridge decks and on-ramps this morning, said Spokane Police Officer Teresa Fuller.
