Kootenai County sheriff

Randi Currey, Post Falls, reported Sunday the $1,200 theft of an engagement ring from her home on the 3200 block of E. 16th Avenue.

Michael Schnider, Athol, reported Wednesday the $1,000 theft of a chainsaw from his home on the 29700 block of N. Wheatridge Road.

Delores Miller, Newport, Wash., reported Wednesday the $60,000 theft of timber from property on the 9000 block of W. Twin Lakes Road near Rathdrum.

Derek Fraser, Post Falls, reported Thursday the $1,680 theft of subwoofers and $40 damage to the rear seat of his 2004 Pontiac Aztek parked at his home on the 1200 block of N. Maverick Lane.

Leonard Wallace, Post Falls, reported Saturday $5,000 damage to his 1999 Bayliner when it sunk while moored in a slip at a private dock at 1504 W. Plaza Drive on the Spokane River in Post Falls.
