Melvin Starr reported Thursday $500 damage to a window of a building at 1311 E. Sherman Ave.

Kootenai County sheriff

Melanie Hawk, Hayden, reported Wednesday the $2,130 theft of an air compressor, chain saw, digital camera, nail gun and camcorder from her home on the 11000 block of N. Eastshore Drive.

Brian Maccoy, Hauser, reported Thursday the $1,900 theft of a coin collection, tools and toolbox from his home on the 1571 block of N. Hauser Lake Road.
