Senior meals

For the week of July 27-31

Monday – Option 1: Braised beef tips, pasta, peas and carrots, fresh fruit, rye bread, tapioca pudding. Option 2: Deli sandwich on a bun, peas and carrots, fresh fruit, tapioca pudding.

Tuesday – 1: Lasagna, vegetables, cucumber-tomato salad, breadstick, apple crisp. 2: Egg-salad sandwich, chicken noodle soup, cucumber-tomato salad, apple crisp.

Wednesday – 1: Chicken with cornbread stuffing vegetables, sunshine salad, dinner roll, brownie. 2: BLT wrap, sunshine salad, brownie.

Thursday – 1: Salisbury steak with gravy, mashed potatoes, beets, salad with dressing, dinner roll, peach cobbler. 2: Taco salad, dinner roll, peach cobbler.

Friday – 1: Tuna-noodle casserole, green peas, carrots and celery sticks, breadstick, berries with topping. 2: French dip sandwich, carrots and celery sticks, berries with topping.
