For the week of Aug. 3-7
Monday – Option 1: Pork with sauce, steamed rice, green beans, carrots, dinner roll, cookie. Option 2: Chicken sandwich, tomato-basil soup, cookie.
Tuesday – 1: Barbecue chicken, hash-brown potatoes, broccoli-cauliflower blend, cornbread, melon cup. 2: Vegetable frittata, cornbread, melon cup.
Wednesday – 1: Beef stroganoff with pasta, zucchini and tomatoes, spinach salad, breadstick, baked apple slices. 2: Turkey and Swiss wrap, mandarin oranges, baked apple slices.
Thursday – 1: Chicken and wild rice casserole, vegetables, confetti coleslaw, fresh fruit, dinner roll, pudding. 2: Tuna pasta salad, three bean salad, confetti coleslaw, fresh fruit, dinner roll, pudding.
Friday – 1: Swiss steak with tomatoes, rosemary red potatoes, vegetables, salad with dressing, breadstick, peaches. 2: Cheese sandwich, clam chowder, salad with dressing, peaches.
