Missing woman found
SEATTLE – The Spokane woman who left her car on a ferry in Seattle and disappeared was found hitchhiking at Lake Forest Park, north of Seattle.
The State Patrol said a police officer reunited Amy Story early Thursday with family members who were staying at a motel in the area.
Family members have said the 27-year-old may not have taken medication for a bipolar condition.
She left her car on a ferry that arrived in Seattle Monday from Bainbridge Island. The abandoned car led the Coast Guard and others to search Puget Sound.
Security video later showed she walked off the ferry.
