Preschool hosting open house

The South Spokane Co-op, 3320 S. Grand Blvd., will have an open house for spring and fall enrollment on Saturday, from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m.

The open house will provide parents the opportunity to learn about the co-op preschool, where parents are involved in their child’s early learning experience. There will also be crafts for the kids.

Dance camps offered for kids

Spokane Parks and Recreation continues its spring workshops with a Spring Break Dance and Performing Arts Camp, for kids ages 9 to 14, March 30 through April 3.

Kids can learn hip-hop, break dance, jazz, tap dance, and Scottish/Highland dance during their spring break. The dance camp will be held at the Woman’s Club of Spokane, 1428 W. Ninth Ave., from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Cost is $159 for the week.
