For the week of March 23-27
Monday – Option 1: Barbecue chicken, hash brown potatoes, mixed vegetables, melon cup, corn bread, brownie. Option 2: Frittata, melon cup, corn bread, brownie.
Tuesday – 1: Peachy pork, vegetables, green beans, dinner roll, cookie bar. Option 2: Chicken sandwich, tomato bisque soup, cookie bar.
Wednesday – 1: Beef stroganoff with pasta, zucchini with tomatoes, spinach-Mandarin orange salad with dressing, breadstick, baked apple slices. 2: Turkey wrap, spinach-Mandarin orange salad with dressing, baked apple slices.
Thursday – 1: Chicken and wild rice casserole, vegetables, winter squash, breadstick, pudding. 2: Tuna pasta salad, three bean salad, coleslaw on lettuce, pudding.
Friday – 1: Swiss steak, garlic-rosemary potatoes, vegetables, green salad with dressing, peaches. 2: Clam chowder, crackers, green salad with dressing, peaches.
