Kootenai County sheriff

Charley Wright, Rathdrum, reported Saturday $2,500 damage to the front end and side panels of a 2001 Kia Spectra parked at her home on the 17000 block of North Atlas Road.

Randy Wilson, owner of Wilson Rock Pit, reported Saturday the $515 theft of a welding torch and accessories and tools from the business at the intersection of state Highway 3 and South Willow Creek Road in St. Maries.

Charles Reiben, Spirit Lake, reported Thursday the $1,250 theft of timber from his property on the corner of state Highway 41 and Rourke Road.
