Cheney
The Cheney Police Department made the following arrests from April 20 through May 3:
April 20
Austin L. Kintner, 22, was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana in the 200 block of South Cheney-Spangle Road.
Sebastien D. Thibeau, 25, was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana in the 200 block of West Third Street.
April 22
Ruth A. Giesler, 58, was arrested on charges of domestic violence assault and assault for an incident that happened near the Cheney Police Department.
April 23
A 16-year-old male was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia at Cheney High School.
Nathaniel O. Meyer, 23, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended license in the 000 block of the Cheney-Spokane Road.
Andrew C. Thompson, 21, was arrested on charges of shoplifting in the 2700 block of First Street.
April 24
A 13-year-old male was arrested on charges of harassment/intimidation at Cheney Middle School.
Pauline L. Ferrall, 19, was arrested on charges of shoplifting and being a minor in possession of alcohol in the 1100 block of First Street.
April 25
Chevell S. Phillips, 20, was arrested on charges of trespassing, disorderly conduct and being a minor in possession of alcohol in the 200 block of South Cheney-Spangle Road.
Kevan W. Otte, 20, was arrested on charges of domestic violence assault in the 200 block of Betz Road.
April 26
Travis S. Burgess, 21, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol in the 400 block of Simpson Parkway.
Brian J. Bloom, 21, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol in the 100 block of Betz Road.
April 27
A 16-year-old male was arrested on charges of child molestation in Spokane County outside of Cheney.
Damon S. Morton, 18, was arrested on charges of driving with no valid operator’s license in the 000 block of West Third Street. Also arrested in the incident was Casey L. Conner, 18, on charges of allowing an unauthorized driver to operate a vehicle.
April 28
Jasmine L. Hunter, 21, was arrested on a local warrant from Cheney Municipal Court on charges of failure to appear in court.
Nathan A. Cassidy, 43, was arrested on charges of domestic violence in the 300 block of Vine Street.
April 29
A 16-year-old male was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia at Cheney High School.
Helen M. Dobbins, 52, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended license in the 1600 block of First Street.
April 30
Joshua J. Calkins, 27, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended license in the 300 block of West Third Street.
May 1
Raymond P. Moran, 24, was arrested on charges of assault in the 300 block of First Street.
May 2
Daryl R. Marx, 46, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol in the 100 block of North Seventh Street.
Erika S. Washington, 19, was arrested on charges of no valid operator’s license/identification in the 2300 block of North Sixth Street.
May 3
Glenn A. Bonebrake, 23, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended license in the 500 block of North Sixth Street.
Medical Lake
The Medical Lake Police Department has released its activity report from April 20 through May 3. They made the following arrests:
April 22
Chris A. Plemmons, 55, was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant in the 100 block of South Lefevre Street.
April 24
Leanne K. Garrett, 48, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended license in the area of Brooks and Lefevre Street.
April 26
Two juvenile males were arrested on charges of trespassing in the 500 block of East Barker Street.
April 27
A juvenile was arrested on charges of being a minor in possession of alcohol in the 900 block of North Howard Street.
May 1
Kevin P. Peart, 27, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended license in the area of State Road 902 and Stanley.
May 3
Johnathon J. Otis, 22, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended license and violation of a domestic violence no contact order in the area of Broad and Barker. Also arrested in the incident was Heather L. Waagenaar, 27, on charges of violating a domestic violence no contact order.
Airway Heights
The Airway Heights Police Department made the following arrests from April 20 through May 3:
April 21
Nathan S. Piengkham, 21, was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana at 12th Avenue and Hayford Road.
Robert A. Gregory, 30, was arrested on charges of an ignition interlock violation at 12th Avenue and King Street.
Diana R. Barker, 38, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended license at 14th Avenue and Lawson Street.
April 22
Vincent P. Julius, 38, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended license at Lawson Street and Ninth Avenue.
April 23
Lorena L. Abrahamson, 42, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended license at Garfield Road and Sunset Highway.
Christine E. Libby, 43, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended license at Sunset Highway and Lyons Road.
Katie E. Buyea, 21, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended license at Campbell Street and 12th Avenue.
Curtis L. Finch, 50, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended license at Sunset Highway and Hayford Road.
April 24
Keno W. Locher, 32, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended license at Campbell Street and 15th Avenue.
April 25
Andrew W. Hutton, 23, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended license at Sunset Highway and Lawson Street.
April 27
Kathleen M. Vidure, 55, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol at Sunset Highway and West Street.
Alexandre J. Girbau, 29, was picked up on two misdemeanor warrants in the 100 block of North Hayford Road and booked into jail.
Nicholas N. Schelin, 25, was arrested on charges of reckless driving and driving with a suspended license at Sunset Highway and Russell Street.
April 28
Marquis D. Jackson, 24, was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance (cocaine) and booked into jail on outstanding felony and misdemeanor warrants.
Douglas G. Eggleston, 23, was arrested on charges of violating a domestic violence no contact order.
Bethany D. Dyczok, 42, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended license at Sunset Highway and King Street.
April 29
Homar I. Garcia, 32, was booked into jail on an Airway Heights Municipal Court misdemeanor warrant. Garcia was picked up in the 100 block of North Hayford Road.
Jeremiah W. Anderson, 35, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended license at Sunset Highway and Garfield Road.
Edward A. Heinz, 40, was booked into jail on a Department of Corrections felony escape warrant. Heinz was also cited for possession of marijuana.
May 1
Candace L. Palmer, 18, was arrested on charges of domestic violence malicious mischief in the 600 block of King Street.
Donna L. Anderson, 59, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended license at Sunset Highway and Hayden Road. Anderson was also booked into jail on a warrant from Spokane District Court for driving under the influence of alcohol.
Douglas J. Byrd, 48, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended license at Sunset Highway and Lyons Road.
May 2
Carol L. Fitzhugh, 38, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a suspended license in the 13900 block of 12th Avenue.
May 3
A juvenile was arrested on charges of robbery in the 12800 block of 14th Avenue.
Patricia A. Lee, 37, was booked into jail as a fugitive on an out-of-state felony warrant for forgery.
Steven R. Ahenakew, 23, was booked into jail on a misdemeanor warrant from Spokane County District Court for driving under the influence of alcohol.
