City expands conduct law

EVERETT – The City Council voted Wednesday to extend its lewd conduct law to places with drive-up windows, such as espresso stands.

Some at the meeting were upset the ordinance does not address attire.

Five baristas at an Everett espresso stand have been charged with prostitution.
