Reward offered for fugitive

Crime Stoppers of the Inland Northwest is offering a cash reward for information that leads to the arrest of a 55-year-old woman wanted on drug charges.

Melinda Ellen Brown has prior convictions for drugs, theft and forgery.

Brown is Native American, 5 feet 9 inches tall and 160 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Brown was last living in an apartment at 2928 E. Diamond Ave.
