Senior meals
For the week of Oct. 19-23
Monday – Option 1: Braised beef tips, pasta, peas and carrots, fresh fruit, rye bread, tapioca pudding. Option 2: Deli sandwich, peas and carrots, fresh fruit, tapioca pudding.
Tuesday – 1: Lasagna, vegetables, cucumber-tomato salad, breadstick, apple crisp. 2: Egg salad sandwich, chicken noodle soup, cucumber tomato salad, apple crisp.
Wednesday – 1: Chicken with cornbread stuffing, vegetables, sunshine salad. 2: BLT wrap, sunshine salad.
Thursday – 1: Salisbury steak with gravy, mashed potatoes, beets, salad with dressing. 2: Taco salad, dinner roll.
Friday – 1: Tuna noodle casserole, green peas, carrots and celery sticks. 2: French dip sandwich, carrots and celery sticks.
