Senior meals
For the week of Oct. 26-30:
Monday – Option 1: Polynesian pork, steamed rice, green beans, carrots, dinner roll, cookie. Option 2: Chicken sandwich, tomato basil soup, cookie.
Tuesday – 1: Barbecue chicken, hashbrown potatoes, cornbread, melon cup. 2: Vegetable frittata, cornbread, melon cup.
Wednesday – 1: Pork roast with gravy, scalloped potatoes, green beans, dinner roll, applesauce. 2: Meat taco, applesauce.
Thursday – 1: Chicken and wild rice casserole, confetti coleslaw, fresh fruit. 2: Tuna pasta salad, three bean salad, coleslaw, fresh fruit.
Friday – 1: Swiss steak with tomatoes, rosemary red potatoes, salad with dressing, breadstick, peaches. 2: Clam chowder, cheese sandwich, salad with dressing, peaches.
