Electricity restored in north Spokane

About 1,400 homes in north Spokane were without power for about an hour this morning, according to Avista Utilities.
The outage, which affected 1,460 customers, was reported at 7:23 a.m. Power was restored by 8:08 a.m., according to a spokesman.
