Police seek tips on two suspects

Crime Stoppers of the Inland Northwest is offering a cash reward for information that leads to the arrest of two fugitives.

Rachel Ann Holje, 30, is wanted on suspicion of attempting to obtain a controlled substance by fraud. Holje is white, 5 feet 6 inches tall, 120 pounds, with brown hair and eyes. Her last known address is 1110 E. Cozza Dr.

Karen Lee Allen, 41, is wanted for forgery. Allen is black, 5 feet 9 inches tall, 135 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Her last known address is 2807 E. Boone Ave.
