Farmers market benefit canceled

The Kootenai County Farmers Market’s “Feast With the Farmers” has been canceled because of low ticket sales.

The fundraiser for the market, originally scheduled for Aug. 10, was featured in a brief item on Page C3 in Wednesday’s Food section and in the Culinary Calendar on Page C5.

Word of the cancellation did not reach The Spokesman-Review until after the section was printed.
