Senior meals

For the week of Jan. 3-7

Monday – Option 1: Braised beef tips with pasta, peas and carrots, rye bread, fresh fruit. Option 2: Deli sandwich on a bun, peas and carrots, rye bread, fresh fruit.

Tuesday – 1: Lasagna, vegetables, cucumber/tomato salad, breadstick, apple crisp. 2: Egg salad sandwich, cucumber/tomato salad, breadstick, apple crisp.

Wednesday – 1: Chicken with cornbread stuffing, vegetables, sunshine salad, dinner roll, brownie. 2: Taco salad, vegetables, sunshine salad, dinner roll, brownie.

Thursday – 1: Salisbury steak with gravy, mashed potatoes, beets, salad with dressing, dinner roll, peaches. 2: BLT wrap, mashed potatoes, beets, salad with dressing, dinner roll, peaches.

Friday – 1: Tuna noodle casserole, green peas, broccoli, breadstick, berries with topping. 2: French dip sandwich, green peas, broccoli, breadstick, berries with topping.
