Senior meals

For the week of Jan. 11-15

Monday – Option 1: Braised beef tips and pasta, peas and carrots, rye bread, fresh fruit. Option 2: Deli sandwich on a bun, peas and carrots, fresh fruit.

Tuesday – 1: Lasagna, vegetables, cucumber-tomato salad, breadstick, apple crisp. 2: Egg salad sandwich, chicken noodle soup, cucumber-tomato salad, apple crisp.

Wednesday – 1: Chicken with cornbread stuffing, vegetables, sunshine salad, dinner roll, brownie. 2: BLT wrap, sunshine salad, brownie.

Thursday – 1: Salisbury steak with gravy, mashed potatoes, beets, salad with dressing, dinner roll, peach cobbler. 2: Taco salad, dinner roll, peach cobbler.

Friday – 1: Tuna noodle casserole with green peas, broccoli, breadstick, berries with topping. 2: French dip sandwich, broccoli, berries with topping.
