Senior meals

For the week of Jan. 25-29

Monday – Option 1: Baked ham with pineapple, creamed potatoes, broccoli, bread, fresh fruit, cookie. Option 2: Cheeseburger casserole, broccoli, bread, fresh fruit.

Tuesday – 1: Chicken alfredo, vegetables, peas, breadstick, apple cranberry crisp. 2: Barbecue pork on a bun, vegetables, peas, apple cranberry crisp.

Wednesday – 1: Spanish rice casserole, vegetables, applesauce, dinner roll, cake. 2: Meatloaf sandwich, vegetables, applesauce, dinner roll, cake.

Thursday – 1: Spaghetti with meat sauce, Italian green beans, salad with dressing, breadstick, peach cobbler. 2: Cottage cheese plate, salad with dressing, fresh vegetables and fruit, breadstick, peach cobbler.

Friday – 1: Roast turkey with gravy, garlic mashed potatoes, peas and carrots, vegetables, chilled pears. 2: Chili con carne, salad with dressing.
