Emergency crews are on the scene of a two-vehicle crash in near Wild Rose Cemetery in north Spokane County.
According to a witness, a 20-year-old driver ran a stop sign on Hazard Road about 6 p.m., and crashed into the passenger side of a vehicle traveling on Monroe Road, sending a woman and a child to the hospital.
