Apply for Lilac parade

The Spokane Lilac Festival Association is now accepting applications for the 72nd annual Armed Forces Torchlight Parade.

The parade is open to all nonprofit organizations, subject to approval by the Spokane Lilac Festival Parade Committee, and businesses are encouraged to submit a commercial application for $1,250.

The application deadline is April 1.
