The goal of Somebody Needs You is to match donors with the specific requests of needy Spokane residents.

The list of requests is coordinated by the Volunteers of America in cooperation with recognized social service agencies in Spokane.

•Disabled man needs double or queen bed, kitchen utensils and living room furniture. Contact Gail at Spokane Neighborhood Action Program, (509) 487-1114.

•Disabled man needs computer with Windows Vista, keyboard, monitor and printer. Contact Marian at Mental Health for All, (509) 483-0428.

•Single dad with three children needs vacuum cleaner. Single mom with toddler needs frying pan and vacuum cleaner. Contact Jan at Transitional Living Center, (509) 325-2959.

•Single mom of three needs small portable crib or Pack ‘N Play, living room furniture and beds with frames. Single woman needs queen bed with frame, couch and washing machine. Contact Carolyn at American Indian Community Center, (509) 535-0886.
