City surveying attitude on services

SPOKANE VALLEY – The city of Spokane Valley will conduct a survey on city services.

Around 1,200 postcards were mailed this week to randomly selected households to let the residents know they have been selected for the survey. A questionnaire will arrive next week.

Residents will be asked to rate aspects of the quality of life, safety and their satisfaction with city services.

No identifying questions will be asked and all responses will be anonymous.

Results are expected to be presented to the City Council sometime this summer.
