Kathleen Fuller, Post Falls, reported Monday the $400 theft of a sound system from her home on the 200 block of South Pine Court.

James L. Barone, 22, Coeur d’Alene; malicious injury to property; $300 fine, $592 restitution to victims, 90 days in jail (80 days suspended) or 80 hours county work program, 30 days unscheduled jail time, two years probation.

Anthony M. Williams, 18, Post Falls; theft by receiving/ possessing/disposing of stolen property; $300 fine (suspended), $75 restitution to victims, 180 days in jail (175 days suspended) or 40 hours county work program, 15 days unscheduled jail time, two years probation.

Timothy L. Pool, 33, Post Falls; petty theft; $200 fine, 180 days in jail (175 days suspended) or 40 hours county work program, 15 days unscheduled jail time, two years probation.

Chad L. Huber, 25, Kellogg; driving without privileges; $300 fine, 10 days in jail, 30 days unscheduled jail time.

Judge Robert Caldwell

Amanda L. Finnegan, 31, Post Falls; inattentive driving; $500 fine, 30 days in jail (29 days suspended) or eight hours county work program, one year probation.
