Thoughtful assembly required: Lewis-Clark State College Coeur d’Alene student Clinton Blettner, of Post Falls, tapes the roof to a cardboard box house in front of Community United Methodist Church in Coeur d’Alene on Friday. Dozens of students from Lewis-Clark, University of Idaho and North Idaho College built the box houses as part of a fundraiser for Family Promise of North Idaho, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping homeless families achieve sustainable housing.
