COCHRAN, James William “Jim”
(Age 69)
…passed away peacefully on March 29th after a long and heroic battle with cancer.
He grew up in Green River, Wyoming where he graduated from high school in 1961.
Jim proudly served his country in the Army..Jim loved to learn.
You could always find him on his computer looking up random facts or reading books, especially biographies.
He enjoyed woodworking and loved creating furniture and art projects for the many kids in his life.He had a great sense of humor and always made those around him smile and laughJim met his wife Karen, the love of his life, in 1991.
Jim and Karen loved to camp, travel, entertain friends, and spend time with family.
Jim is survived by his children, Kelly Cochran of Spokane, Debbie Cochran of Mesa, Arizona, Jaime Kowalski (Bill) of Cheney, step children Rachel and James Mossor of Olympia, WA, Kristy Tiede and fiancĂŠ Jacob Rember of Pullman, WA, 10 grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
Karen is eternally grateful to all the family, friends, and care providers who helped make Jim’s last days more peaceful.
He was an amazing husband, father, brother, and friend.
He will be missed.
