Twila was born in Spokane, WA on May 28, 1927 to Bernice and Peter Malinak.
She passed away peacefully at home on March 31, 2012 after a short illness.
Preceded in death by brothers, Norman and Gerald Malinak.
Twila is survived by Robert, her husband of 42 years; brother, Lloyd (Jane Ann) Malinak; twin sisters, Marie Johnston and Ruth Kraus; sister, Mae (Leroy) Davis; daughters, Connie Hood and Janice (Glen) Laakso; and son, Donald Johnston, Ph.D., all of Spokane.
Twila has five grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was dearly loved by her husband, family and friends.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, April 4, 2012 from 3 PM until 8 PM and a funeral service will take place Thursday, April 5, 2012 at 10:30 AM, both at the funeral home.
