Peter passed away in the loving care of the VA Hospice in Spokane, and was given a 3-gun salute by the Navy Honor Guard.
The last chapter of his life was spent at the Fairwinds enjoying the food, friends, Wii bowling and day trips, all backed by an excellent staff.
Pete’s love for music and life set a wonderful example, and prepared him for glory.
He is survived by a sister, Berna; a brother, Andy; and two sons, Alan and Bruce.
