Passed away January 29, 2012 in Spokane.
He was born January 18, 1926 in Pennsylvania, the son of Thomas and Anna Oplansky.
Jerome was preceded in death by his loving wife of 53 years Julia Oplansky in 2002.
He is survived by his daughter Genevieve Oplansky of Spokane; and sisters Helen Kimmel, Genevieve Naugle and Dorothy Piccioni.
Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday, February 6, 2012 at 10am and will be celebrated at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 5021 N. Nelson, Spokane, with committal to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
