Passed away February 5, 2012 in Spokane, WA.
He was born November 29, 1938 in Colville, WA to Herbert and Mirenna E. (Hanna) Jessee.
Howard was retired after 20 years in the U.S. Air Force and worked as an accountant for EZ Loader Boat Trailers and Spokane Galvanizing for over 38 years.
He also enjoyed auditing the Spokane Interstate Fair each year.
Howard was a strong, proud and determined man who was very honest and detailed in both his professional and personal life.
He was a special and giving friend and touched many lives.
Howard was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his wife of 29 years, Diana Jessee of Spokane Valley; sister, Helen M. and Jim Marx of Bonners Ferry as well as numerous nieces, nephews and stepsons.
A short service will be held Saturday, February 18, 2012 at 1 PM, followed by a small reception, both at the funeral home.
