HOFF, Dorene (Butterfield)

Dorene Alice Hoff left this world - but not our hearts - on February 26.
Dorene was born to Bert and Vera Butterfield in Spokane in 1932.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers Norbert and Dick Butterfield and sister Gloria Faggetter.
She is survived by her husband of 62 years Jim Hoff, daughters Linda (Steve) Richardson, Jenny (Jeff) Schwartz and Lisa (Mike) Braddock; sons Dale (Ann McKee), Joe (Cheri), Mike (Linda) and Tom (Kristy) and 20 grandchildren.
Her life was centered around her very large family and a huge collection of long-term friends and faithful pet dogs.
She was a mentor to her family and friends, with her own unique style of honesty, humor and quick wit and tempered by a good dose of sarcasm.

A Vigil Service will be held Friday, March 2, at 7:00 p.m.at the funeral home.
A Funeral Service will be held Saturday, March 3, at 2:00 p.m. also at the funeral home.
