Polly went home to the Lord on January 18, 2012 in Renton, WA.
She was born to Robert and Emma Ashmore on August 23, 1913 in Dublin, TX.
Polly graduated from high school in Midland, TX and after graduation moved to California where she married Philip Kusterer.
Following Phil’s death she relocated to the Spokane area where she met her husband of 65 years Dan.
Polly and Dan had many adventures during Dan’s Air Force career, making homes in Idaho, Guam, Mississippi, New York and retiring back to the Spokane Area in 1961.
Polly enjoyed gardening, reading, sewing, spending time with family and friends and iced tea.
Polly is survived by her husband Daniel T. Paul, two sons Philip J.
“Jeff” Kusterer (Kathy) of Renton, WA and Robert T. Paul of Spokane, WA, three granddaughters Danielle (Jose’) Acay, Kristina (Mike) Callia, Nicole (Doug) Hagerty, twelve great grandchildren and many special nieces including, Suzanne Monaco and Sally Johnson, nephews and friends.
A graveside service will be held February 3, 2012 at 12:30 pm at Tahoma National Cemetery in Covington, WA.
