Obituary: Carter, Larry Albert
Age 73
Was born August 18, 1938, to William and Minnie Fae Carter in their Shelby, Montana home.
He passed away peacefully in his sleep at Spokane Hospice House on December 22, 2011.
Larry is preceded in death by both of his parents, his brother William and his sister Patricia.
Larry is survived by, and will be deeply missed by, his brother Jerry “Butch”, his sisters Joanne and Bonita “Bonnie”, sons David Timothy and Joseph Allen and daughter-in-law Sharon, four grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, and his dog, Ebby.
Larry worked in Montana, Washington, Oregon and numerous other states as a telephone engineer.
A Veteran, Larry served his country in the Montana National Guard.
During his retirement, he split his time between Oregon and Washington spending time with family and friends.
He enjoyed dancing, karaoke and could often be found doing these activities at a local Eagles club.
A private memorial will be held for the family.
