Lucille Mary Mancheni took God’s hand on June 25, 2012.

She was a beautiful mother, grandmother, sister and friend.

Lucille “Lu” was a funny woman and made everyone in her life laugh; even strangers were drawn to her infectious laugh.

She loved dancing and singing no matter what the occasion.

We will all remember her by her many jokes, which will continue to be shared.

Lu was loving, caring and thoughtful.

She always remembered birthdays, and if you were in her life, you were guaranteed a card or call.

Lu was a member of The America Italian Club and The Eagles.

She now joins her parents, Samuel and Rose Mancheni in heaven, and is survived by her daughter Carol Carchia, four granddaughters, nine great-grandchildren and three sisters.

A celebration of her life will be held at St Anthony Parish, 2320 N. Cedar, Monday, July 9, 2012, 10:00 a.m.
