Authorities investigate suspicious fire in CDA

Witnesses reported seeing two people running from a home under construction just before it caught fire Sunday in Coeur d’Alene.
Police and firefighters responded to the 1600 block of Nettleton Gulch Road around 7:30 p.m. The building is a connected, two-story townhouse in which both residences were unoccupied and under construction, a news release from the Coeur d’Alene Police Department said.
A firefighter sustained a minor injury during the incident.
