He was born June 3, 1960 to James (Lee) and Beverly Wilcox in Spokane, WA.
Paul was a graduate of Cheney High School and served honorably in the U.S. Army for four years in Germany.
He then lived and worked in Quilcene, WA and Spokane, WA.
He is survived by his parents; James and Beverly.
Sisters; Gayle (George) Brown of Cheney, and Laurie (Greg) Heard of Spokane.
Brothers; Jim (Kim) Wilcox of Port Hadlock, WA and David ( Corinne) Wilcox of Melbourne, Australia.
Also, eight nieces and nephews.
A family Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
