Institute for Extended Learning – Is now registering for fall classes. The Institute offers a wide variety of affordable classes throughout the Spokane area. Course offerings include computers, art, writer’s workshops, history, humanities, foreign language, fitness and other general topics. Class costs range from $10-$53 for the quarter.
