WAKEFIELD, Heidi M.

Heidi passed away February 24, 2012 surrounded by family.

She was born September 21, 1972.

She was preceded in death by her father Douglas and by her grandparents.

Heidi is survived by her sons Nikolas, Zane, Ethan and Douglas Maynard of New Jersey.

Her mother, Becky Roberts, brother, Douglas and his family and her sister, Heather and her family.

She was a wonderful mother, daughter and grandmother to Sean, Chassidy and Izaah.

The family would like to thank Sheri, Sarah, Genesee, Tiffany, John and Scott, Heidi’s nurses at Holy Family ICU care.

Celebration of Heidi’s life will be at a later date.

These we have held in our arms for a little while, we hold
in our hearts forever.

You will be in our hearts until we meet again.
