Cheese-making Classes - Presented by Trisha Vieira. First class will be at 10 a.m. and will give an overview of dairy production, Greek-style yogurt and mozzarella preparation. A second class will begin at 1 p.m. and will discuss Irish cream, cottage cheese and ricotta preparation. Both classes will include handouts, recipes, samples, a beverage and a bagel or cookie.
