COOK, Ernest R. “Bob”

Passed away March 6, 2012; born June 18, 1943 in Philadelphia, PA to Orville and Lilla Cook.

Bob moved to Spokane in 1952 and graduated from Rogers High School.

He was a chef for 30 years, working at the Ritz Carlton in Boston as well as country clubs in Northern California, including ten years at 17 West in San Jose.

Bob came back to Spokane in 1985 and worked for Spokane House for five years until changing careers to work for Arden’s Glass Washing Service and Repairs.

He is survived by his wife, Carol; sister, Jeanne; six stepchildren; and 20 stepgrandchildren.

A private family service will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Bob’s name to Spokanimal or the Union Gospel Mission.
