Access to justice: Spokane County Commissioners Al French, left, and Todd Mielke walk out of the Spokane County Courthouse on West Broadway Avenue to cut the ribbon on the building’s remodeled front entrance on Monday. Among other work, a wheelchair ramp was added to make it handicap accessible.
