Passed away May 22, 2012.

A visitation will be held Saturday, June 2nd from 8 AM to 5 PM and Monday June 4th from 8 AM to 1 PM at Heritage Funeral Home.

A graveside service will follow at 2PM at Greenwood Memorial Terrace, 211 N Government Way.
