Thadd was preceded in death by his grandparents and his sister Leslee L. Evans.
He is survived by his parents William R. Evans and Karen L. Evans; his best friend and companion Jessie A. Sanchez; his Grandmother Evans; many Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins; and his puppies Ursula and Toby.
