Obituary: Snyder, James L.
Born January 6, 1951 in Yakima, WA.
Passed away October 4, 2012 in Denver, Colorado, VA Hospital due to complications from surgery.
Jim grew up in Spokane Valley and graduated from West Valley High, in 1970.
He joined the Navy during the Vietnam War and was a DAV.
He enjoyed water skiing, baseball, softball, hunting and bowling.
This is where his met and married his wife, Chere LaPlante in 1998.
During their 19 years together they enjoyed camping, hunting and 4-wheeling in the Elk River area.
Preceded in death by his daughter, Kaila and father, Richard Snyder.
Survived by his wife, Chere and her two sons, Kent and Keith; his daughters, Shannon, Mysti and Terra.
His mother, Betty Snyder; sisters, Connie (Jim), Debbie (Steve) and brother, Kelly (Susan);10 grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Jim had a great sense of humor and loved to make people laugh.
He liked to bake cookies and share them with his mom and friends.
A celebration of his life will be held November 10, 2012, between 1:00-5:00 P.M., at the Eagles Lodge, No.
4080, 1520 W. Wyoming Ave., Hayden, ID.
