Hval piece gave me boost

Thank you for giving us Cindy Hval’s piece “Walk Stimulated Body, Soul” in the Oct. 25 Voice. I am sadly deficient in the gratitude department and am trying to improve and I thank Cindy for a much-needed, timely reminder.
