Missing man, 71, was driving white Kia

A 71-year-old man who suffers from dementia has been missing since Friday. The family of Samuel H. Counts reports that he left his home in the 4000 block of East Ninth Avenue, about 3 p.m. driving a white 2012 Kia sedan with a license number AJD4999, according to the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office. He was wearing a red and black jacket, jeans and white shoes. Anyone who has seen Counts or the Kia is asked to call 911.
