Died peacefully at home in Mead, WA with family by his side on Saturday, October 20, 2012.
He was born on December 18, 1928 in Addy, WA to Ralph and Esther McDaniel (Pearson).
He graduated from North Central High School in 1947.
He married the love of his life Dolores Jean Mueller on January 1, 1949.
Ralph worked as a meat cutter for 44 years and then drove school bus for 14 years.
He was a member of “The Grad’s Club” since 1983.
Ralph is survived by his wife, Dolores McDaniel at the home; six children: Ralph L. McDaniel (Susan), Katherine Barnes (Les), Theresa Martin (Robert), Richard McDaniel (Terri), Brenda Earney and Jeanine Butler (David); 12 grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and eight step-grandchildren; his sisters, Lucille Keeling and Thelma Kuhnhenn (Al), along with numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Ralph and Esther McDaniel, Brothers: Milton, Kenneth and Richard McDaniel and sister Darlene Reilly (Douglas).
A celebration of Ralph’s life will be held on Monday, October 29th at 2:00 pm at Heritage Funeral Home.
