of Life

A resident of Loon Lake, Washington, formerly of Clayton and the Spokane area, passed away on Monday, September 3, 2012.

Darlene is the dear wife of Lyle J. Holcomb, married fifty-one years, and the loving mother of Jackie and Bonny.

Her sister and brothers are Janet Curcio, Ed Hartill, and Ray Harshman.

Darlene enjoyed three grandchildren: Amber, Anna, and Katie.

Born in 1941 at Chewelah, Washington, she attended the Clayton Grade School and graduated from Deer Park High School, Class of 1960.

She was a homemaker, and had worked as a bank teller, and was the bank manager at the Millwood Branch of the Seattle First National Bank.

Darlene and Lyle are members of the Faith Baptist Church.

Funeral Services honoring Mrs. Holcomb will be at 10:00 A.M., Saturday, September 8, 2012, in Spokane at the Faith Baptist Church located at East 2804 Euclid Avenue with Pastor Gregory Boyle officiating.

Interment will be in Deer Park at the Woodland Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, Darlene’s family suggests memorial contributions to the Faith Baptist Academy located at the church.
