Obituary: Fulton, Lawrence Joseph

FULTON, Lawrence Joseph Much loved husband and father died July 30, 2013 doing what he loved on the farm.

He is survived by his helper and complement of 49 yrs.

Susan K. Fulton, daughter and son-in-law Robert and Veronica Gunthner, daughter Vickie Burch, son and daughter-in-law Ty and Rebekah Fulton, sisters Lynn Wathen and Cheryl Fischer, brother Steve Fulton, as well as many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Born May 4, 1945, he grew up on a fourth generation family farm southeast of Fairfield, WA.

Farming was in his blood, but his first love was his God, Jehovah whom he steadfastly served for 44 years.

This love took him from the farm and into a different field as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses.

He and Susan served in many places in Washington and South Dakota before returning to the farm several years ago.

He was a devoted son, brother, husband, father and friend who always put others ahead of himself.

He lit up a room and every life he touched.

He will be greatly missed by his family and his many spiritual brothers and sisters.

A memorial is planned in his honor later this month.
